CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 199(O&G) am "An Act relating to the                      
exploration and production of oil and gas and related hydrocarbons,            
to oil and gas exploration licenses, and to oil and gas leases in              
certain areas of the state; and providing for an effective date" was           
read the second time.

Senator Pearce moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption              
of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 3585.               
Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                         
199(FIN) was adopted.                                                          
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 199(FIN) was read                          
the second time.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                   
CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 199(FIN) be considered                            
engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
